Event Safety Coordinator

Safe procedures before, during and after the event

As Safety Officer and Safety Coordinator, we support event organisers in implementing their safety concept, monitor all established measures during the event, and react promptly to unforeseen risks. This ensures safety in all areas of the event.

Our responsibilities as a safety coordinator

Information for organisers

Good organisation of all security measures is crucial for the success of the security concept. Therefore, at your request, we are happy to provide you with security system and radio communication solutions.

Planning and construction phase

Our work begins even before the event day, by overseeing the implementation of the safety concept during setup and supporting the approval process.

Event support

We either take charge of the security staff or provide advisory support. By monitoring all measures and identifying risks early on, we ensure your event runs smoothly and securely.

Follow-up

Thanks to comprehensive logging of the event process, we provide you with a final report that provides recommendations for future security concepts. In the event of incidents or claims, we are happy to assist you as an expert witness.
