At the Safety Group S.à.r.l. the safety of your visitors is paramount. Our task, as part of the stand inspection, is to ensure that all exhibitor stands comply with the applicable safety requirements and do not pose a hazard to visitors, staff, or other exhibitors.

Information for project sponsors
In accordance with the requirements of the Theatres and Assembly Venues Ordinance (VStättVO), DGUV Regulation 17/18, alongside the general rules of occupational safety, the organiser is obliged to ensure that all stands comply with the technical and organisational safety requirements.
This includes, in particular:
- the provision of tested fire extinguishers
- compliance with fire safety and escape route requirements
- the safe use of gas installations
- the provision of first-aid equipment
- training of stand personnel in the event of an emergency
As the organiser, you bear the overall responsibility; we will support you in fulfilling this responsibility professionally and legally.
