Safety Group in 2014
Konstantin Rohr has been working in event security since he was 17 years old. After working in event stewarding at many events, his interest was piqued.
He left behind the career path from electrician to business economist with a focus on environmental economics after a few years and dedicated himself exclusively to the subject of event and visitor safety.
Having gained insights into the entire event processes in the management team at countless major events, he continuously specialised in the general planning of event security.
Numerous further training courses, seminars, specialist conferences and training programmes deepened the topic of event and visitor safety and increased interest.
Konstantin Rohr is Managing Director of Safety Group S.à.r.l. where he primarily provides consulting and planning for event and visitor safety for municipalities, cities, and large-scale event organisers. Mr Konstantin Rohr is always present at national and international conferences, committees, and associations on the subject of event safety and has corresponding extensive knowledge and network.
During the coronavirus pandemic, Rohr expanded his expertise and completed training as a Safety and health and safety coordinator. What was initially intended as further qualification for the event industry eventually turned into a second pillar. As a health and safety coordinator (SiGeKo), Rohr is in demand in the construction industry just as much as in the event industry.

Klaus Ostermann possesses a wide range of qualifications that are central to the various fields of technical safety, occupational safety management, and environmental protection management. As a state-certified technician, he brings profound technical knowledge that is crucial for the implementation and monitoring of safety-relevant projects.
As Health and safety coordinator he plays a key role on construction sites, where safety and the Health and safety all employees must be guaranteed. The SiGeKo (Safety and Health Coordinator) is legally required and creates Safety plans and monitors compliance during the construction phase.
The qualifications as a Health and Safety Management Representative and Safety Representative are crucial for the development and implementation of comprehensive health and safety strategies, which increase employee safety and ensure compliance with legal requirements. As an Environmental Manager and Environmental Protection Officer, he ensures that high standards are also maintained in the area of operational environmental protection and that environmental impacts are minimised, which is becoming increasingly important in modern companies.
Further areas of expertise, such as his specialist knowledge of sound level measurement and his training as a quality management representative, underline his versatility and his in-depth understanding of the requirements for a comprehensive protection system.

Caroline Hoffmann
Caroline Hoffmann brings extensive experience in project planning, budgeting and event management. Her precise working methods and organisational talent contribute significantly to the successful implementation of projects.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Material Culture: Textile & Gender Studies and has overseen national and international logistics projects, taking responsibility for budget management.
With her diverse professional experience, Caroline Hoffmann is a dedicated and solution-oriented project manager who efficiently overcomes complex challenges.

Nico Ralinger
Nico Ralinger has many years of experience in material flow management and sustainable waste management, gained during his previous role at the Hygiene Service of the City of Luxembourg. In addition, he has independently organised numerous events and brings this event experience to his work. Today, he manages projects and advises clients in the area of sustainable waste management for events.
Through his combination of environmental awareness and event expertise, he develops tailored solutions that minimise the ecological footprint of events and promote their success.
